Nice ring, shipping was a bit slow

I recently bought a 925 sterling silver ring from Ohjewel. The ring itself is very nice, exactly as pictured on the website, and the quality seems good for the price. The design was pretty and the size was accurate. My only real complaint was the shipping time; it took about 12 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little long for a standard order. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but faster shipping would make it a perfect experience next time.

Custom stuff always takes a bit longer. Mine was a personalized name ring and it took about 3 weeks from order to delivery. I'm in California though, so NYC might be similar.

Yeah, don't expect it overnight. Custom pieces need time to make. I'd give it at least a couple weeks, maybe three to be safe, especially for an engagement ring.

Custom items are usually tough to return everywhere, but I think for Ohjewel, you might be out of luck unless it's defective. Most places don't take back personalized stuff.

I haven't personally returned a custom ring, but I remember seeing something in their policies that custom stuff has a different return rule. You should probably double check their site on that one, just to be sure.
